1. Refund Eligibility

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days from the date of purchase.​
• Conditions for Refund:
  • The refund request must be made within the 30-day period.
  • The webinar content should not have been fully consumed or downloaded.
  • The request should not be repeated for the same course.
  • The refund is not applicable if the webinar has already taken place and was attended.​

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

2. Provide Details: Include your full name, date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.​
3. Processing Time: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.​
4. Refund Method: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.​

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:​

• If the refund request is made after the 30-day period.
• If the webinar content has been fully accessed or downloaded.
• If multiple refund requests have been made for the same course.
• If the webinar has already occurred and was attended.​
